Terrenos: Cultivado en diversos tipos de suelo, prefiere los pesados. La localización predominante es la llanura (70%) y primera colina (30%).
Grado alcohólico: 12% en Vol.
Zona de origen: Región de Véneto y Friuli Venecia Julia - Norte de Italia
Técnica de elaboración: La uva Pinot Grigio es una variedad temprana que se recolecta al inicio de la cosecha. Al estar coloreada con rosado, se trabaja con la técnica del prensado suave, estrictamente “en blanco”. Fermentación a baja temperatura (18-21°C) y con levaduras seleccionadas. Se embotella mediante la técnica de microfiltración estéril en frío. No requiere crianza ni aderezo.
Análisis sensorial: Color amarillo pajizo con matices vagamente verdosos. El aroma es delicado, agradable pero bastante intenso y punzante. Característico, con notas de flores de acacia. Sabor seco, cálido, estructurado y sustancialmente armonioso.
Maridajes: Encuentre el maridaje adecuado con parrilladas de pescado y crustáceos en general. Servir fresco a 50-52°F.

Merlot

Uvas: Merlot
Tierras: Cultivadas en suelos de diversos tipos como arcillosos, calizos y en parte pedregosos. Cultivadas principalmente en llanura y primera loma.
Grado alcohólico: 12% vol. Zona de origen: Región del Véneto - Norte de Italia Técnica de producción: Las uvas se recogen en su punto máximo de maduración, vinificación "en tinto" con maceración de los hollejos. La fermentación se realiza a temperatura controlada y con levaduras seleccionadas. Después sigue un breve período de crianza en depósitos de acero. Embotellado mediante la técnica de microfiltración estéril en frío.
Análisis sensorial: Color rojo intenso, con tendencia al granate con la crianza. Aroma característico, delicado y etéreo. Seco, sabroso y bastante tánico con cuerpo medio.
Maridaje: Acompaña asados de carnes blancas y cocidas, cerdo y res fritos. Servir a una temperatura de 59-60°F.

Area of origin: Veneto, Friuli Venezia Giulia Region - Northern Italy
Production technique: grapes are from medium to early maturation, collected at the beginning of the ripening in order not to lose freshness and vivacity. Vinification is strictly "in white" with soft squeezing and fermentation at controlled temperature and with selected yeasts. Bottled using the cold sterile microfiltration technique
Sensory analysis: Straw yellow color, has greenish shades. Vibrant and brilliant, it has delicate fruity scents with fine hints of apple and apricot. The taste is dry, fresh and harmonious. Balanced, has a pleasantly bitter finish
Pairings: It comes well with entrees, fish dishes and cheeses. Great also with hams and speck or simply tasting on its own. Serve fresh at 50-53°F.

Lands: grapes benefit from a perfect microclimate, properly irrigated with clay soils
Alcoholic degree: 7.5% in Vol.
Area of origin: Province of Pavia, Lombardia Region - Northern Italy
Production technique: grapes are harvested in perfect ripeness. Cold must is brought to a temperature close to freezing. Fermentation occurs with natural sugars and bottled using the cold sterile microfiltration technique
Sensory analysis: fresh, fragrant with aromas of fruity and honey. Rich in flavor, it maintains a balance between sweetness and richness
Pairings: perfect for sipping or as an aperitif, it blends nicely with fruit and cheese desserts. Serve at 46-50°F.
